We are thrilled to be participating in this year’s Give 716 fundraising campaign, organized by the Buffalo Bills Foundation and Buffalo Sabres Foundation! Give 716 will provide a unique opportunity for our community to discover and support causes they are passionate about while providing local non-profits, such as Child & Family Services, the opportunity to increase awareness, expand our donor database, and fundraise for our Programs.
Give 716 is an online fundraiser that will take place starting at 7:16PM on Thursday, July 14 through 7:16AM on Saturday, July 16. To donate to Child & Family Services during Give 716, click here. Please note, you will only be able to donate to this page when the event is active starting at 7:16PM on July 14.
Last year we raised approximately $28,000, so our goal for this year is $30,000! We will also be posting frequent updates throughout the event on social media, so be sure to follow us and share our posts on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram to help us raise awareness!
Do You Want to Help Fundraise for C&FS?
The best way to help C&FS on Give 716 Day is to be a fundraiser! Evidence shows that only 1 in 2,400 people will donate when solicited by an organization, but 1 in 4 people give to someone they know who is representing that organization. This is a great opportunity to raise more money for C&FS to help our programs!
If you are interested in fundraising, click here to register now. On your profile page, fill out the “My Story” section to let people know why C&FS and the Stanley G. Falk School are important to you and the community. Let everyone know about the good work we do. When your profile is complete, share your fundraising page to your social media followers so they can donate to our cause. Donations begin on July 14 at 7:16PM, but you can set up your page now to help spread the word.
If you have any questions about this, don’t hesitate to reach out to Garrett at gchambers@cfsbny.org for assistance. You can still donate to C&FS on Give 716 Day without being a fundraiser.
