For 25 years, Dianne Biddeman has been a steady presence at C+FS, supporting children, families and staff through her role in the Residential Treatment Program. As Residential Office Manager, Dianne has made a lasting impact on both colleagues and the community we serve.
Dianne’s path to C+FS was shaped by a lifelong desire to help others. From working as a nurse’s aide and physical therapy aide to roles in insurance and guest relations, Dianne found herself consistently drawn to positions where she could support and connect with people.
Today, Dianne oversees daily office operations and supports clinicians, case workers and staff. She is also often the first person that children and families encounter when they walk through the doors, greeting them with a welcoming smile.
“My favorite part is knowing that our work directly supports children’s mental health and well-being,” Dianne said. “I may not provide the therapy, but I love supporting my colleagues who work with the children in our program.”
Dana Delaney, Director of the Residential Treatment Program, reflected on the impact Dianne has had throughout her 25 years with the Agency.
“For a quarter of a century, Dianne has been a deeply valued presence behind the scenes and at the heart of our work,” Dana shared. “Beyond her impressive work ethic, she brings warmth and a sense of humor that makes even the busiest days brighter.”
Dianne says her dedication to C+FS will always be rooted in her strong belief in the Agency’s mission and values.
Congratulations, Dianne, on 25 years of dedicated service and the countless ways you continue to make a difference each day.
