*Update as of 11/9/22* Thanks to the tremendous spirit of giving within the Buffalo community, we have reached our capacity for this year’s family matches. We encourage everyone looking to support Adopt-a-Family this year to consider one of the other below ways of helping.

• Purchase gift cards. We welcome gift cards for places such as Amazon, Tops, Wegmans, Target, Walmart, Apple, Game Stop (especially helpful for our teenagers!), etc. These can be mailed to: Child & Family Services, Attn: Adopt-a-Family, 844 Delaware Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14209. Please include your name and address so we are able to send you a tax receipt and thank you!
• Make a financial contribution. All donations go directly to meeting the basic needs of the families we serve. This option allows us the most flexibility during the pandemic. You can send a check made payable to Child & Family Services with Adopt-a-Family in the memo to the address above. You can also donate online by clicking here.
• Purchase items off the Adopt-a-Family Wish List. Gifts from this wish list will automatically be sent directly to Child & Family Services. These items help the Agency fulfill the needs of as many people as possible throughout the holiday season!
• Volunteering in the workshop. If you or your company are interested in helping in the Adopt-a-Family Workshop this season (December 5 – December 16), email Sara at sschumacher@cfsbny.org with your information, group size, and preferred date(s). She will contact you to answer any questions you have and confirm your Workshop schedule.
