Last Friday, the Falk School Class of 2026 celebrated a major milestone as students, families, friends and staff gathered for this year’s graduation ceremony.
The evening was filled with pride and excitement as graduates were recognized not only for their academic achievements, but also for the growth and determination that brought them to this moment. For many of the students, graduation marked the end of a journey that began years earlier, with some attending Falk since elementary school.
Throughout the ceremony, graduates reflected on the support they received from teachers, counselors, administrators and staff who helped guide them along the way. Many students expressed gratitude for the relationships they built and the encouragement they received throughout their educational journeys.
“I want to thank my teachers and counselors for helping me grow into the person I am today,” said graduate Lavair.
Fellow graduate Arianna echoed those sentiments, recognizing the impact that Falk’s educators had on her journey.
“Our teachers have impacted my life, and they have done so much to help me continue in the right direction,” she said.
Family members and loved ones filled the auditorium with pride as graduates crossed the stage to receive their diplomas. One of the evening’s most memorable moments came when graduate Gregory carried Stanley, a class pet tortoise he named in eighth grade, on stage, bringing smiles and laughter to those in attendance.
The ceremony also included special recognition for several students who demonstrated outstanding academic achievement, perseverance, integrity and leadership throughout their time at Falk. In addition, scholarships were awarded to graduating seniors, supporting their next steps toward college, careers and other future opportunities.
“The Class of 2026 is a group with such a bright future ahead,” shared Rachael Greene, Superintendent. “Watching the graduates show pride in themselves and their classmates was something so special to see.”
The graduation ceremony was more than celebrating an academic milestone. It was a celebration of resilience and the bright possibilities that lie ahead for the Class of 2026.
