After eight years of dedication to the Stanley G. Falk School, Nicole Chenez is beginning a new chapter as Assistant Principal at the Falk-Cambridge campus.
Nicole’s journey with Falk is a true reflection of growth, commitment and heart. Since joining Falk, she has had many roles including teacher’s aide, substitute teacher, school counselor, assistant coach for soccer and track, athletic coordinator and Teacher on Special Assignment. With each role, Nicole embraced new opportunities to connect with students and strengthen the school community.
Through it all, one constant has been her passion for building meaningful relationships.
“As a school counselor, finding connections and supporting students has always been incredibly meaningful to me,” shared Nicole. “Now, as Assistant Principal, I’m excited for the opportunity to make a difference on a broader scale.”
For Nicole, that difference is about more than just academics. It’s about creating a place where both staff and students feel supported and inspired. Her vision is rooted in Falk’s mission and the school’s ability to adapt to the needs of every student.
“I choose to work at Falk because of its commitment to building positive relationships and maintaining high expectations for every student,” Nicole explained. “We’re able to provide the kind of support that many of our students didn’t receive in their previous school settings.”
Nicole’s new position as Assistant Principal is a natural extension of her commitment to advocating for students and shaping the culture of the school.
We are proud to celebrate Nicole’s milestone and know that her leadership, compassion and vision will continue to make Falk a place where every student feels empowered to succeed.
